We are supporting a Main Contractor with recruiting Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of work across commercial offices, retail, hospitality and residential schemes, offering long-term progression and exposure to varied projects.

As Quantity Surveyor you will manage all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring effective cost control, value for money, risk management, and contractual compliance across commercial and residential fit-out and general building projects.

• Full commercial management from pre-contract through to final account
• Preparing cost plans, take-offs, tenders and budgets
• Subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working under JCT contracts, including Design & Build
• Supporting delivery teams across multiple live projects
• Office-based role with regular site visits

• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or ready to step into Senior level)
• Background with a main contractor, or a strong subcontractor
• Experience across commercial and / or residential fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract
• Confident managing costs, subcontractors and commercial risk

• Salary £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
