What you'll doAs the first point of contact in our branches, customers will be at the very heart of your role, so you’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You’ll work with high levels of accuracy to provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.
- You’ll guide and support valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- You’ll proactively find ways to continually enhance the customer banking experience.
- You’ll support the foundation certificate in responsible banking and build on your existing skills with full training.
- The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
- This position does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
- Have proactive conversations, understanding the needs of our customers and helping them with their banking needs.
- Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers.
- Help customers understand different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
- Identify opportunities to provide simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- A passion for customer service and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and continuously improve service for customers while meeting personal and branch goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.

You’ll work flexibly during branch opening hours—between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
