• Oversee the financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a small Finance Team , setting their objectives, and overseeing all day-to-day activities
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Responsible for preparing the month-end processes ensuring costs and income suitably accrued, prepaid, or deferred as appropriate
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Managing and continually improving departmental reporting and analysis, working with managers to understand the results and drive improvement.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders of the businesses as well as a commercial understanding of the businesses, playing a key role in improving financial performance.

• Fully Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Previous people management experience
• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
