Up to £41,956 per annum

💸 Plus £5,000 market premia and £2,000 annual retention payment after one year’s service

🌈 About the role As a Social Worker, you’ll :

Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families using the Signs of Safety practice model.

Manage a varied caseload, completing assessments and delivering effective child in need or child protection plans.

Champion children’s voices, ensuring their lived experiences and wishes are central to decision‑making.

Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to create safe, lasting change.
