Who we want… (Requirements)

Nex Gen Contracting is seeking a seasoned and strategic Manager of Pre-Construction Services with extensive experience in concrete estimating and preconstruction management. This senior role is responsible for overseeing the preconstruction phase of projects, managing the estimating team, and ensuring accurate and competitive bid proposals. The Pre-Construction Services Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align preconstruction activities with overall business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating and preconstruction management or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Sage Estimating, Planswift).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and financial responsibility.
• Willingness to travel as required.
