Salary: £12.21 hourly

The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance team in the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation, responding to and completing maintenance requests from guests, assisting with renovation and redecoration projects, carrying out planned maintenance tasks, and helping to clean and maintain all hot tubs on changeover days.

• Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.
• Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site.
• Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.
• Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks.
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days.

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Driving licence and ability to drive (required for use of site buggies/vehicles).
• Right to live and work in the UK.

• Previous maintenance experience is an advantage.
