Business Growth Manager PositionWe’re seeking a commercially sharp, proactive Business Growth Manager to accelerate Catify’s expansion across all sectors.
This hands‑on role leads the full growth cycle: building pipeline, winning new clients, expanding strategic accounts and positioning Catify’s digital‑first solutions in the market.
You will identify and progress opportunities, shape win strategies, support high‑quality proposals and lead pursuits through to close. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Technical and Operational teams to ensure every submission aligns with client needs and delivers a compelling value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a cross‑sector growth plan aligned to revenue targets.
- Build, qualify and manage a measurable pipeline in CRM.
- Lead strategic pursuits, including tenders, frameworks and high‑value opportunities.
- Shape win strategies, including client insight, value proposition, differentiators and pricing direction.
- Provide high‑quality inputs to proposal teams and review submissions to ensure alignment.
- Build strong senior relationships with priority clients and partners; drive account growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new routes to market; support campaigns and events.
- Track performance, provide accurate forecasting and report on pipeline progress.
- A healthy, consistent pipeline supporting revenue goals.
- Higher win rates and faster sales cycles.
- Growth across strategic accounts and new‑logo wins.
- Increased adoption of Catify’s digital platforms.
- Proven success in business development or growth roles within utilities, infrastructure, energy or related built‑environment sectors.
- Confidence leading complex tenders and multi‑stakeholder opportunities.
- Strong commercial judgement and value‑based selling capability.
- Experience shaping win strategies and guiding proposal inputs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scaling, tech‑driven environment.
- Hybrid role with regular UK travel and occasional international travel, including Hungary; flexibility to travel is essential.
- Experience with geospatial, survey, reality capture or digital‑platform services.
- Understanding of digital delivery models (SaaS, digital twins, automation, AI‑enabled insight).
- Established network across utilities, infrastructure owners, contractors or consultants.
