Pay: £65 - £95/hr DOE | Outside IR35 | Long-term Contract

• We are newly working on multiple long-term contract opportunities supporting a varied portfolio of Building Control work across Essex, East London and Central London.
• Those based in and around London, Essex and the home Counties would be well positioned (though due to the low volume of site days, RBI’s further afield would also be considered).
• The position is predominantly remote, complemented by regular site inspection opportunities for those who prefer to be on site (up to 2-3 days/wk on site, the rest from home – adapted to suit preferences).
• Opportunity to gain exposure on HRB projects under supervision and subsequently move up the registration classes.

• Experienced, appropriately qualified Registered Building Inspector (Building Control Surveyor) looking for flexibility, high income, contract longevity and high-quality project exposure.
