Motor Claims Technical Specialist
Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler:
- Proactively manage your own caseload of cases from notification through to settlement, covering a spectrum of experience including excess of loss, liability etc.
- Communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, and Clients alike
- Provide accurate updates on the process of their claim
- Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information, and making informative decisions within authority levels
- Experience managing Motor Claims
- Strong attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on your own initiative
