Job Description:

We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling parts and metal units
Gluing
Packing products
General production work in a busy factory environment
Knowledge &

Skills:

No prior experience is necessary
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidates Will:

Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy
Be willing to learn and take on new tasks
Have their own transport due to the location
