# Host## Job Introduction We’re looking for a warm, friendly Host to join our care home team and make every mealtime a special experience for our  this role, you’ll take pride in providing exceptional service, welcoming residents, setting up and serving meals, and ensuring the dining area feels inviting and comfortable. It’s a hands-on position, like restaurant waitressing, where great communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring attitude make all the difference.

What you’ll do:

Greet and assist residents at mealtimes

Serve food and drinks with a smile

Maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment

Support residents with their individual dining needs

Help create a warm, social atmosphere during meals

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, customer-focused attitude

Experience in hospitality or care (preferred, not essential)
A genuine passion for making people feel cared forJoin us and bring a touch of restaurant-style service to our home-from-home dining experience.
