Chelmsford – 13 or half hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday)

Warren James is a high street jewellery brand committed to offering a delightful in‑store shopping experience. With over 200 shops nationwide and a robust online presence, we continue to grow our customer community while keeping the high street alive.

• Work within Warren James policies, procedures and processes, contributing to shop and customer care to maximise sales and customer numbers.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver one‑to‑one customer experiences.
• Support visual jewellery displays and a variety of day‑to‑day shop duties.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery collections.
• Set a good example in every aspect of your role.

• Display genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Maintain a smart, well‑groomed appearance that reflects our company’s public image.
• Work independently with your own initiative.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and follow management instruction.
• Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge is not required – training will be provided.

• Full and part‑time contracts.
• 28 days
  * holiday a year, increasing to 33 days
  * after five years (including 8 bank holidays pro‑rata for part‑time).
