The Role- Take full ownership of a defined territory with strong market potential.
- Conduct discovery‑led sales meetings to understand client needs in depth.
- Proactively generate new business while converting marketing‑generated leads.
- Manage a 24‑week sales cycle with average order values of around £50,000.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, focused on conversion rather than volume.
- Develop lasting relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- High‑performing B2B sales professional with a clear new business track record.
- Self‑sufficient, structured, and confident in managing a field‑based sales cycle.
- Skilled in consultative, value‑based selling and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Driven, target‑focused, and commercially astute.
- Able to clearly articulate your sales metrics (e.g., visits, quotes, orders).
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the North West.
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Uncapped OTE of £90,000 – £110,000.
- Car allowance, plus expenses.
