Operations Coordinator

Cheltenham

Up to £27k DOE

Permanent, full time

The Role:

• Provide administrative and documentation support throughout the customer journey

• Ensure all confirmations, updates and final documents are accurate and delivered on time

• Coordinate information between internal teams to support smooth handovers

• Reconfirm services and assist with customer queries relating to documentation

• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of processes

Person Requirements:

• Experience in an administrative or operational support role

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working across systems and standard office software

• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks calmly
