Market Group Manager – Cyber and Intelligence
Frazer-Nash Consultancy is recruiting a new Market Group Manager covering our business activities in Cyber and Intelligence – a critical role in advancing our business.
Location:
Hybrid working pattern. Role can be undertaken across all UK office locations with Bristol being the preferable location.
Salary: £100,000 – £110,000 + Comprehensive Benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing- Oversee business development efforts across key defence, engineering, and technology sectors, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
- Accountable for identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline, performance, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Line manager for a group of Business Managers on a day-to-day basis, providing functional leadership, coaching and mentoring.
- Skillful in enhancing business development and boosting sales, ideally in the UK's Defence Nuclear Enterprise, but applicable to wider defence, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Ability to engage with technical teams and translate complex offerings into compelling business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Organised professional with a strategic mindset and a results-driven attitude.
- Background in consulting would be advantageous.
- Existing network within defence primes, government agencies, or related industries.
- Experience with framework agreements and public sector bids.
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
