Customer Experience Executive – £25,000-£28,000 pa – Cheltenham, GL51 The Role

As a Customer Experience Executive, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service function. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing various communication channels, including emails and phone calls, to address customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks and streamline processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming emails and allocation of internal tasks.
  • Answering the phone and allocating calls as appropriate.
  • Dealing quickly and effectively with customer queries or problems.
  • Managing and responding to delivery or tracking issues.
  • Working with the Warehouse team to manage despatch paperwork.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Seeking out process improvements and sharing ideas on how to make things better.
  • Consistently providing high quality service to customers and suppliers alike.
