The GE Aerospace Military Officer Leadership Programme (MOLP) aims to transition talented Military Officers into impactful roles across the business. Undertaking three challenging and varied eight‑month rotations across the organisation, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and further develop the transferable skills gained from your military service and apply them to solve complex business problems.
Throughout the programme, you will be supported by senior business leader mentors and coaches, the MOLP community and our global Veterans Network. You will develop broad business experience and exposure to commercial leadership challenges.
You will be based at the GE Aerospace Defence and Systems Electrical Power Distribution and Controls site at Cheltenham, and the Dowty Propellers site at Brockworth, Gloucestershire. Limited opportunities to work at other UK GE Aerospace sites may be available.
Start dates will be offered for April 2026 and September 2026, with recognition of the timelines involved with leaving the Armed Forces.

What we are looking for- Commissioned Military Officer
- Currently serving in the UK Armed Forces or have served in the last two years
- Proven record of success throughout military career
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to influence across teams and functions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and eager to develop business acumen and master new roles
- Demonstrated accountability and problem solving capability
