Process Support Engineer

Location :
Cheltenham, UK (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Process Engineer to join our UK Supply team. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting production environments and driving forward innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

  • Supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations across multiple production areas.
  • Leading and participating in improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Applying Lean and Agile methodologies to drive cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Engineer on new technology integration and capital investment projects.
  • Managing the introduction of new equipment and processes from concept to production handover.
  • Implementing “Future Factory” solutions to ensure manufacturing capability meets future demand.
  • Maintaining strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.
Your previous experience is likely to include…
  • A strong technical engineering background.
  • Completion of a qualification in a manufacturing or engineering discipline
  • Hands-on experience with Lean and Agile manufacturing techniques.
  • Familiarity with assembly and machining processes.
  • Exposure to project management in a manufacturing context.
  • Experience in fast-paced, diverse manufacturing environments.
