Social Media Executive

We’re hiring a Social Media Executive to help launch a new UK sports book and casino brand. If you live for live sports, move fast, and know how to turn odds into content that clicks, this one’s for you. You’ll be right at the heart of the action: shaping voice, driving engagement, and building a fanbase from day one. This is a chance to move fast, think creatively, and leave your mark on a brand built for boldness.

• Own content across X, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and more.
• Turn betting angles and odds into visual, video, and written content.
• Work closely with Trading and Marketing to align content with key events and campaigns.
• Lead real-time coverage for Premier League, Grand National, Cheltenham, NFL, etc.
• Engage the sports betting community — drive conversation and build trust.
• Support Casino social content, and track performance to optimise output.

• Deep knowledge of sport — especially football and horse racing.
• 1+ year experience in a similar social role, ideally in betting or media.
• Strong copy and content skills with a sharp eye for relevance and timing.
• Confidence working with odds, trading insights, and compliance requirements.
• Initiative, pace, and energy — especially during live coverage moments.

• Video editing, graphic design, or experience with content tools.
• SEO awareness and understanding of platform-specific trends.
• Live coverage experience across social during major sporting events.

• A front-row seat in launching a new UK sports book and casino brand.
• Ownership of channels and creative direction.
• Collaboration with sharp minds across Trading, Marketing, and Growth.
• Room to move fast, learn, and build a standout social presence.
