As part of the 2‑year rotational programme you will gain experience across a variety of finance functions, working on fast‑moving, business‑critical projects. You will take responsibility early and will be supported to develop your technical skills, professional qualifications and long‑term career trajectory.

• Formal coaching and mentoring

• Support for completing relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA/ACCA)

• Participate in finance projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Analyse financial data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accountancy.
• Growth mindset and ability to operate in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical, flexible and collaborative skills.
• Interest in aviation and aerospace is an advantage.
