Solicitor​/Associate

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join our Banking and Finance team. The role can be based in Birmingham, Thames Valley (Reading), Cheltenham or Central England (Northampton). The team works with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset‑based lending.

• Advise on a range of banking and finance issues across the breadth of the business.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on banking and finance issues, working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge.
• Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.

• 1‑4 years of PQE or more.
• A solid grounding in banking and finance, including experience in leverage finance and real estate finance.
• An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
• Strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail.
