What we're hiring- We’re hiring Full Stack Java / React Developers to join a mission-led consultancy delivering modern software solutions to clients in the UK Government and Defence sector. You'll be part of a high-trust, agile team developing secure, scalable systems and progressive web apps that make a real difference.
- You'll join a small, high-performing delivery team, using agile and Dev Ops approaches to build innovative solutions across the full stack.
- Design, develop, and test secure software systems using Java and React.
- Build scalable APIs and data pipelines using modern architecture principles.
- Leverage open-source libraries, Git Lab CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Deploy to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and private cloud).
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle from requirements to delivery and beyond.

Ideal experience- Strong experience in Java and React (or other modern frontend frameworks).
- Skilled in full‑stack development with clean, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools & practices: containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Comfortable in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
- Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Exposure to secure or classified development environments.
