CNC Mill-Turn Machinist (Dayshift)
£18-£25 per hour + Overtime | 43 hours per week | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill-Turn Machinist to join a high-precision engineering environment working on complex, small-batch components. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and committed to producing top-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC Mill-Turn machines (experience with Mori Seiki NTX or NLX machines is highly desirable).

Work confidently with Fanuc controls, ideally with Mori Seiki-based Fanuc systems.

Manufacture high-precision components in exotic and semi-exotic materials, including Inconel, titanium and stainless steels.

Interpret engineering drawings and produce small batches to tight tolerances.

Carry out your own in-process inspection to ensure parts meet specification.

Maintain excellent standards of accuracy, safety and productivity.

About You:

Strong CNC Mill-Turn background - mill-turn experience is essential.

Skilled in setting and operating; programming experience is a distinct advantage.

Confident machining high-value, difficult materials.

Able to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Detail-focused, reliable and quality-driven.

Hours & Pay:

Dayshift only - 43 hours per week.

Overtime available.

£18-£25 per hour depending on experience.
