Production Team Leader

Production Team Leader based in central Cheltenham, Permanent Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week,
Salary: £31,075 per year,
Holidays: 28 Days, Immediate start for the right person following successful interview process.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a dedicated team in our clients fast-paced industrial division.

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, hit performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction all while fostering a safe, hygienic work environment.

You’ll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.

• Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.
• Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Track and report on team performance.
• Basic HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused, with a keen eye for quality.
• Adaptable and proactive in managing daily challenges.
