Role Description

This is a full‑time onsite position for a Store Manager located in Cheltenham. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring top‑notch customer experiences, managing staff, and driving sales targets. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, maintaining inventory levels, handling store budgets, training and developing team members, upholding company policies, and facilitating communication within the team to foster a positive work environment.
