Working for this Insurance broker you will have the opportunity to work in a like minded team of sales consultants focusing on delivering excellent client experience whilst selling appropriate Insurance products. They are looking for additional professional and motivated Sales Executives with a background in sales either face-face or over the phone. Your experience will be from any sector as training will be provided however you will have a professional approach and a strong track record of success.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Services Consultant:

Telesales - calling clients to introduce Insurance products and ascertain which are most appropriate to the customer

Delivery of individual sales activity and performance against pre-agreed targets

Operate in full compliance with all industry regulations (training and support will be provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Able to discuss merits of products and match to the needs of the client

Excellent consultative telephone manor

Resilient and ambitious

My client is offering an annual salary of between £25,000 - 30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) and an OTE up to £75k
