Role Overview :An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful town centre office. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to broaden their skillset, work with high‑quality stock, and progress within a respected agency. You will be supported with ongoing training, uncapped commission, and a clear pathway for development. Attitude, drive and passion for service is just as key as experience for this role!
Key Responsibilities:- Handle buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Match applicants to suitable properties and qualify client requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Prepare for and assist with market appraisals and instruction appointments
- Actively generate new business and win new instructions
- Manage and maintain existing client properties
- Support colleagues with sales progression through to completion
- Attend team meetings and contribute to office performance
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Qualifications:
- Proven track record within residential estate agency sales
- Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Strong IT and organisational abilities
- Results‑driven, tenacious, and self‑motivated approach
- High professional and ethical standards
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with OTE £35,000 - £40,000+
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 4pm
- Business mileage allowance
