About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and reliable door supervisors to join our team in Cheltenham. If you have experience in venue security and a strong focus on customer safety, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a secure and welcoming environment for all venue guests.
- Manage entry and ensure any security issues are handled professionally.
- Prior experience as a door supervisor, preferably in pubs, clubs, or event venues.
- A valid SIA license is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
