Shift Pattern: 17:00pm-08:00am 4 days on, 4 days off

We are seeking reliable, alert, and professional Waking Watch Operatives to join our fire safety team. This role is crucial in ensuring the ongoing safety of residents in high-rise or high-risk buildings by maintaining continuous fire watch patrols and responding swiftly to any signs of fire or hazard.

• Conduct regular, timed patrols throughout the building, monitoring for signs of smoke, fire, or hazards.
• Remain alert and visible at all times during shift hours.
• Immediately raise the alarm and follow emergency procedures in the event of fire or danger.
• Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and site conditions.
• Liaise professionally with residents, emergency services, and management teams.
• Ensure all safety equipment and fire exits are unobstructed and functioning correctly.

• Previous experience in fire safety

  , or waking watch preferred (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be available to work [days/nights/weekends as required].
