Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys building reliable, scalable systems and wants real ownership of their work.

You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team working on modern backend services. Plenty of autonomy. Strong engineering culture. Zero micromanagement. If you like solving problems properly — not just shipping quick fixes — you’ll fit in well.

• Designing and building backend services using Java
• Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, product, and stakeholders
• Improving performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contributing to technical decisions and best practices

You must have:

• Strong commercial experience with Java
• Solid understanding of backend development principles
• Experience working in a team-based development environment

Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

• Kotlin
• Elixir
• Erlang
