As a member of the AWS Engineering Team
, you will work with clients to design, implement, and deliver cloud-native solutions
. Using your deep expertise in AWS and modern software engineering practices, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing cloud-native architectures using AWS services, serverless technologies, and Dev Ops principles.
• Building and managing scalable, resilient infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
  , Kubernetes, and AWS serverless components.
• Driving continuous improvement through Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  , engaging stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to skill-building initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (
  AWS preferred
  ) and cloud-native application development.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and managing containerised applications at scale.
• Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or equivalent).
• Application development skills in languages such as Java, Go, or Python
  .
• A Dev Ops mindset with practical experience in CI/CD, Git Ops, and Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client engagements.
• A commitment to continuous learning
  , with AWS certification considered a strong advantage (training support provided).

This position requires Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
