Job Profile for Accounts Assistant:
Maintain all records like Vouchers, Bills and Payments.
Day-to-Day banking work.
Vendor / Suppliers:
Accounting of all invoices
Sales / Field staff’s expenses report checking.
Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting.
System Knowledge:
Proficient in using Tally / Zoho Software and MS Office applications for accounting tasks.
Job Profile for Accounts Executive:
Maintain and cross check of all records like Vouchers, Bills and Payments
Banking works.
GST – Monthly and Annual return filing.
Vendor / Suppliers:
Accounting of all invoices / bills and Payments to be made on due date.
Sales / Field staff’s expenses report checking and releasing the payment as per company policy.
Handling of TDS, Income Tax work, etc.,
Co-ordinate with Auditor and prepare require statement / report for accounts finalization, etc.,
Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management.
System Knowledge:
Proficient in using Tally / Zoho Software and MS Office applications for accounting tasks.
