Desired Candidate Profile .

Qualification:

MBBS  with  MD/DNB (Pathology)
Minimum 5+ years  of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory

Employment Type:

Full-time
Valid  State Medical Council / NMC  registration
Immediate Joiner preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities Consultant - Pathologist

Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with LIS and laboratory accreditation standards
Reporting and interpretation of Histopathology, Cytology, FNAC, and Hematology cases
Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reports
Correlate pathological findings with clinical details
Oversee laboratory workflow and reporting quality
Ensure compliance with NABL / NABH standards
Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control
Participate in audits, accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives
