The Event Producer  plays a pivotal role in bringing our experiences to life. You won't just plan events, you'll host them, shape the vibe, and help build Chennai's most exciting social community.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
1. Event Planning & Coordination   Assist in creating event concepts, run-sheets, checklists, and Social Age-style flows (as per Event Playbook)
Coordinate with venues, vendors, artists, musicians, workshop facilitators, and partners.
Research and source décor, props, supplies, and hospitality elements that elevate the guest experience.
Ensure every event aligns with Social Age's brand pillars: authenticity, creativity, community, curated experience.
Market Analysis

2. On-Ground Execution (You help host the event!)   Support all event-day logistics: setup, registrations, signage, ambience, music, and flow.
Be the  go-to person  for vendors, partners, facilitators, and attending guests.
Maintain smooth communication across all teams so the event feels warm, seamless, and premium.
Execute the Social Age Event Flow - from greeting by name to surprise & delight moments, closing circle, and hospitality touches.

3. Community & Guest Engagement   Interact warmly with guests to make everyone feel welcome, seen, and included - especially solo attendees.
Assist the Community Host in sparking conversations and meaningful interactions.
Collect on-ground feedback and observe guest preferences for community building.

4. Marketing & Content Support   Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos during events to fuel our 'Humans of Social Age' content engine.
Assist the social media team with reels, stories, and event highlights, aligned with our LIVE IT marketing plan.
Help amplify post-event storytelling through attendee spotlights and community moments.

5. Post-Event Follow-Up   Help send thank-you messages, photos, and feedback surveys within 24 hours as per Playbook standards.
Maintain vendor/venue records, contact sheets, and quality logs for future events.
Support documentation, learning sheets, and debrief reports for continuous improvement.
