Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Neuromonitoring Technologist based in Bangalore. The Neuromonitoring Technologist will be responsible for operating and maintaining IONM equipment, monitoring neural functions during surgical procedures, and ensuring patient safety by detecting and mitigating risks in real-time. The technologist will collaborate closely with surgical teams to interpret and communicate neurophysiological data to support intraoperative decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating and interpreting data from various IONM equipment and modalities
Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and neurodiagnostic principles
Technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining medical monitoring equipment
Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team and communicate findings clearly under pressure
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in neurophysiological monitoring or related fields is advantageous
Relevant certifications in IONM or related fields are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Neurophysiology, or a related discipline
