Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapy position at Muthu Ganapathy Hospital located in Chennai. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. The role includes guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, monitoring progress, providing appropriate care, and educating patients and their families on recovery and prevention strategies. Collaboration with medical staff to ensure holistic patient care is also essential.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and patient assessment skills.
Proficiency in planning and executing individualized treatment plans and exercise programs for various conditions.
Experience in pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery therapies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other medical professionals.
Ability to keep detailed records on patient progress and provide timely updates to the medical team.
Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's) from a recognized institution.
Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the region.
Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
