Senior Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager

Experience
10+ years of experience  in enterprise IT sales
Strong hands-on experience selling SAP solutions  (licenses, implementation, support, upgrades)

Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Sales professional with a proven track record in selling SAP solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. The role involves driving new business, managing key accounts, and working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end  SAP solution sales  (ECC / S/4

HANA, SAP B1, SAP modules, AMS, cloud offerings, etc.)
Identify, qualify, and close  new business opportunities
Manage and grow  existing enterprise accounts
Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Business Stakeholders
Prepare proposals, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with  pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
Represent the company in client meetings, events, and partner engagements

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of  SAP products, licensing models, and implementation lifecycle
Proven experience in  enterprise B2B sales
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to handle large deal closures and long sales cycles
Experience working with  manufacturing / retail / BFSI / enterprise clients  (any relevant domain)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with  SAP partners or system integrators
Exposure to  digital transformation, cloud, or Industry 4.0  solutions
