Data QA

We are seeking a seasoned  Data QA   with strong proficiency in  SQL & ETL  to support high-performance data pipelines and analytics initiatives in the  Mortgage Banking domain . This role will focus on scalable data processing, transformation, and integration efforts that enable business insights, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Data QA - Strong SQL & ETL (Off Shore - Hyderabad / Chennai)

Key Responsibilities

Strong SQL skills to test and validate various data load strategies across systems.
Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct data comparison and validation using Data Quality tools (Query Surge preferred).
Collaborate with ETL developers and business teams to resolve data anomalies.
Ensure data integrity through profiling, audits, and continuous quality checks.
Domain experience in mortgage services industry, with understanding of loan data, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
