Responsibilities Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications 2-10 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
