Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end governance for SAP IS-Retail implementations and support engagements.
Define and enforce SAP standards, best practices, and solution architecture guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on SAP IS-Retail–related decisions and escalations.
Review functional designs, enhancements, and change requests to ensure compliance with business and system standards.
Leverage strong understanding of  Indian retail business processes , taxation, pricing, promotions, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with business users to translate requirements into effective SAP IS-Retail solutions.
Support audits, statutory requirements, and regulatory changes relevant to the Indian retail landscape.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and support team members.
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and periodic status updates for leadership.

Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on experience in  SAP IS-Retail .
Strong experience in  governance models and AMS support .
Deep understanding of  Indian retail market processes and compliance .
Expertise in core IS-Retail areas such as Master Data, Merchandise Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Inventory.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage support teams and complex enterprise environments.
