5+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics D365 technical specialist
Experience with Dynamics 365 Retail is a plus
Minimum Qualifications /education
Bachelor or Masters in Business or IT
Microsoft Dynamics AX Installation & Configuration Certification
Microsoft Dynamics AX Development Certification
Microsoft SQL Database Administration Certification is a plus
Functional/Technical Competencies
Experience integrating to and from D365FO
Development and customization experience in D365FO
Experience testing and debugging performance issues in D365FO
environments using SQL trace parsers, debugger, evaluating performance counters and SQL DMVs, etc.
Experience in applying customizations and hot fixes to D365FO
System administrative experience
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services, replication of OLAP data, and data warehousing.
Experience with D365FO
Workflow
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills (presenting to and supporting customers)
Ability to work alone or within a team
Ability to manage BYOD
Ability to write SQL procedures and Functions
Ability to use DMF including recurring integrations
Ability to consume third-party APIs from within D365FO
Experience with e-commerce platforms and related integrations
Experience with middleware such as Informatica and Apigee
