Responsibilities
Client leadership & communication
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to clarify goals, audience, positioning,
constraints, and success metrics.
• Own senior client communication: align stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive decisions with
clear documentation.
• Translate ambiguity into crisp strategy briefs and scopes that reduce rework and prevent scope creep.
Website creative development strategy
• Define objectives and conversion intent by page; create or validate sitemap, information architecture,
and key user journeys.
• Set creative direction across tone, visual storytelling, interaction patterns, and brand consistency - with
UX/UI.
• Partner with development to ensure feasibility, measurement readiness, and high-quality
implementation.
Content strategy & story flow
• Build messaging frameworks: value proposition, differentiators, proof points, and voice/tone
guidelines.
• Design page-level story flow (hero to credibility to conversion) with clear CTAs and supporting
modules.
• Define content requirements and coordinate creation with writers, designers, and client stakeholders.
Client-specific social and digital marketing strategy
• Create channel strategy and content pillars; define campaign themes, cadence, and KPI targets per
client.
• Provide creative direction for reels, carousels, and ads (hooks, scripts, concepts, CTAs) aligned to the
buyer journey.
• Iterate using performance insights; align landing pages, offers, and tracking with measurable
outcomes.
Project and delivery leadership
• Own the strategy workstream plan: milestones, dependencies, approvals, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution (design, dev, content, marketing) with clear briefs and decision
logs.
• Spot delivery risks early and propose solutions that protect timelines and quality.
Team leadership & quality
• Mentor junior contributors and set standards for briefs, messaging, and story flow quality.
• Contribute to playbooks and repeatable strategy processes for the studio.
Typical deliverables
• Discovery summary and strategy brief (goals, audience, positioning, success metrics).
• Sitemap, page intent map, and key user journeys.
• Messaging framework and content/story flow per core page and landing page.
• Social strategy: pillars, channel mix, cadence, campaign themes, and KPI plan.
• Creative direction for content production (reels scripts, carousel outlines, ad concepts).
• Measurement notes: KPIs, reporting cadence, and iteration plan.
Qualifications
• 7+ years in creative strategy, brand/content strategy, digital marketing strategy, or similar (agency,
studio, or in-house).
• Proven experience leading website strategy end-to-end with designers and developers (IA, UX
narrative, conversion intent).
• Strong client leadership: facilitation, presentation, expectation management, and senior stakeholder
communication.
• Solid working knowledge of SEO basics, analytics, and conversion best practices
(measurement-minded strategy).
• Excellent writing and structuring skills - you can turn complexity into clear briefs and story flows.

Reporting & collaboration
Reports to COO, Head of Strategy, and Founders

Account management, UX/UI design, development, copy/content, performance marketing.
