Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications
Prepare and maintain key financial data and performance dashboards for projects and products
Support planning and evaluation of business partnerships and new revenue channels
Map current and future-state workflows for software applications and internal tools
Work with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic technical documentation
Perform initial data analysis using spreadsheets, queries, or simple scripts as needed
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine features before and after release
Required Skills and Experience
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a service-based or product company
Strong understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, margins, cost breakdown, and projections
Comfort working with numbers, reports, and basic financial models
Basic coding or scripting exposure, for example, SQL, Python, or similar
Experience working with tech teams to deliver software applications
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working
Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, AI, or platform-based products
Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Prior work with dashboards or BI tools
Selection Process

Final selection will be based on a direct in-person interview
Location:
On-site at Elatre office (Perungudi, Chennai)
Experience:
3 to 5 years
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Shift timing: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
