We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables.
Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to visualize solutions.
Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or system changes.
Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance (UAT) phases.
Manage change requests, maintain requirement traceability, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Provide regular progress updates and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or enterprise environments.
- Must have AEM expertise (Authoring, workflows know how, Writing requirements in compliance AEM component/ content taxonomy, localization/site structure /style design considerations
-Must be an expert at help with experience unification analysis and strategy (Features unification -> tying to components unification), optimization of AEM processes, workflows, Authoring efficiencies, etc
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
Ability to create process maps, data flow diagrams, and requirement documents.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Knowledge of BPMN standards and process modeling.
Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Adaptable to changing priorities and business environments.
