User Interface Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own the full design process from wireframes to final UI, and work closely with product and engineering teams. You should be strong in Figma, comfortable designing modern interfaces, and able to think through complete user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

- Create end-to-end UX flows for web and product interfaces
- Design wireframes, low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides
- Translate business needs and requirements into clear, simple user experiences
- Work with product, business analysts, and developers to refine journeys and edge cases
- Prepare developer-friendly design specs and assets
- Conduct basic usability checks and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, and interaction patterns across products

Required Skills and Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma is a must
- Solid portfolio that demonstrates user flows, wireframes, and final UI screens
- Good understanding of UX principles, information hierarchy, and interaction design
- Ability to design modern, clean, responsive interfaces for web applications
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and explaining design decisions
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for SaaS, dashboards, or AI-based products
- Familiarity with basic front-end concepts, so designs are practical to implement
- Experience working with design tokens or structured design systems
- Exposure to tools like Fig Jam, Miro, or similar for collaboration

- Final selection will be based on a direct in-person interview and design discussion
