Job Description:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in BFSI or Fin Tech domain).
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and familiarity with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Pivot tables).
Exposure to Python / R for data analysis and automation (nice to have).
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Exposure in Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or Excel .
Work closely with business stakeholders , data engineers , and product teams to define data requirements.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Support the design of data models and contribute to building analytical frameworks.
Generate ad-hoc analyses and present findings to business and technical audiences.
Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking .
Document data sources, logic, and methodologies to maintain transparency and consistency.
