Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic  Lead – Delivery Automation & AI Enablement  to drive innovation and efficiency across our delivery operations. This role will focus on embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into delivery governance, quality, and forecasting processes, ensuring smarter, faster, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the adoption of  AI, automation, and digital tools  across delivery operations to enhance efficiency and quality.
Identify, evaluate, and implement  automation use cases  across governance, quality management, and forecasting processes.
Design and champion  intelligent delivery copilots, predictive dashboards, and analytics solutions  that support proactive decision-making.
Partner with delivery and technology teams to  embed digital-first practices  within operating models.
Drive continuous improvement through  data-driven insights and automation-led transformation initiatives.
Build capability and awareness around  AI/ML-driven delivery tools  and methodologies across teams.

Must-Have

Skills:

Strong background in  AI/ML-driven automation ,  delivery analytics , and  RPA tools  (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Hands-on experience in  data visualization tools  (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Proven track record in  delivery transformation using digital and automation tools.
Understanding of  delivery governance frameworks , metrics, and performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change enablement skills.
