Role Summary
We are seeking a high-potential Strategy & MIS professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support organizational strategy, management reporting, business analysis, and growth initiatives including mergers & acquisitions. The role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
* Support development and execution of organizational strategy, annual operating plans (AOP), and long-term roadmaps.
* Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to provide insights for leadership decision-making.
* Work closely with senior leaders to track progress of key strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
* Management Information Systems (MIS)
* Prepare, automate, and maintain weekly/monthly MIS dashboards, performance reports, and KPIs for leadership teams.
* Deliver accurate and timely insights on revenue, cost, utilization, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
* Identify data gaps and implement improvements in reporting processes.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
Assist in target identification, financial modelling, due diligence documentation, and integration planning.
Coordinate with external consultants, finance, legal, and internal teams during the M&A lifecycle.
Prepare business cases, synergy analyses, and valuation support for potential acquisitions.
Business Performance & Governance
Track, analyse, and report progress against OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and strategic targets.
Facilitate cross-functional reviews with Business Units, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams.
Prepare executive-level presentations, board decks, and business review documents.
Skills & Competencies
* Technical & Functional
* Strong expertise in MIS, analytics, and business reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau.
* Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and due diligence processes.
* Exposure to strategy, corporate planning, or M&A within IT/Services or consulting environments.
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
* Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
* Stakeholder management across CXOs, finance, delivery, and business units.
Education
* CA OR CMA, or equivalent degree preferred.
* Additional certifications in analytics, strategy, or finance is a plus.*
