Trainer (Manufacturing & Operations)

Overview
Tariner will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating safety, technical, and behavioral training to support rapid growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver onboarding, process, safety, and soft skills training.
Maintain training materials and records, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
Conduct safety drills, refresher sessions, and skills assessments.
Track training effectiveness via KPIs like assessment scores and employee satisfaction.
Support safety initiatives, ISO and FSSAI audits, and continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related; training/certification preferred.
Experience:
5-8 years in manufacturing training, FMCG/food focus preferred, with large-scale workforce experience.
Skills:
Deep manufacturing knowledge, instructional design, safety standards, bilingual in English, Tamil, Hindi.
Key KPIs
100% safety training completion on time
85%+ post-training assessment scores
Onboard 200+ employees within 12 months
Zero safety incidents due to training gaps
90%+ training satisfaction
Work Conditions
Mix of classroom, factory floor, and office.
