Hindustan Automations  is an ISO 9001 certified company located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. We manufacture highly précised components machined in CNC machines for both domestic and export requirements since 2000. Our mission is to meet our customer requirement with high quality, on time delivery and at right cost for the parts we supply. Our business is growing Year over year and about 60% we export directly to our overseas customer which drives our facility and infrastructure expanded.

We also have a foundry division to manufacture Gravity die Aluminium castings and sand castings. The total turnover is around 20 crores per annum.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC HMC machine Programmer cum setter located in Coimbatore. He  will be responsible for providing fixture, tooling and machining cost for development parts. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming CNC HMC’s plan tooling and fixtures, setting up and operating HMC machine tools, and performing various tasks related to machining. The individual will ensure the machines operate efficiently to produce high-quality parts meeting specifications.
Desired Qualifications
DME /BE with 3-5 years experience
ITI with 5-10 years experience
CNC programming

Work Experience:

Reading & interpreting the engineering drawing GD&T, inspection method
CNC Part Programming in HMC and component prove out of Large size casting Machining & heavy engineering parts
Selection of cutting tools and parameters
Estimate Cycle time and cost estimates
Establish tool life and tool cost per components
Trouble shooting capability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
APQP Documents
- Capable of describing and documenting processes.
Salary:  As per industry norms- depending upon existing experience & package.
